Throughout history, stories have been told from various perspectives and biases. Looking back at our history allows us to evaluate these biases and develop a deeper understanding based on new insights and theories. It is my hope that through discussions and observations you are able to make connections and form your own opinions and develop your own perspective when thinking about the past. Studying history and engaging in activities focused on history allows us to create alternatives and what ifs. Playing "Monday Morning Quarterback" allows us the opportunity to evaluate events with historical significance and decide for ourselves if things were done correctly or incorrectly. Throughout the semester, you will play the role of "Monday Morning Quarterback" and make connections based on your own personal perspective. We will discover together what everyone else has seen and possibly "think what no one else has thought."
